What coffee can I use?
VELARO is compatible with Nespresso Original capsules, ground coffee and ESE pods.
How long does the battery last?
The 3 × 2600mAh battery provides power for 3 to 4 espressos per charge. Charging takes approximately 3–4 hours via USB-C (5V/2A).
How strong is the pressure?
VELARO delivers 15 bar pressure — equal to professional espresso machines in cafés.
How do I clean the machine?
Rinse with clean water after each use. Use the included cleaning brush for the filter. Do not submerge in water.
Can I return the product?
Yes. You have 30 days to return for a full product refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. See our returns page.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 5 business days. Delivery to Netherlands and Belgium takes 7–14 business days. See our shipping page.
