Our Return Policy
We want you to love your VELARO. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will refund the full product price. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ship it back
We provide the return address. Pack the item securely. Ship at your own cost.

Receive your refund
Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 business days.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@velaroshop.nl with photos. We cover all costs and send a replacement or full refund immediately.
